Throughout his career, he has led the execution of luxury assets such as 5* hotels and resorts, exclusive apartments, corporate skyscrapers, shopping centers, and premium office spaces. This extensive experience has enabled him to deeply understand the true standards of luxury and excellence, and how to apply them to every detail of a project.

Comprehensive direction and execution of one of the most iconic resorts on the Costa del Sol: the Kempinski Hotel Bahía 5*. The complex includes 132 rooms and 15 luxury suites, as well as private apartments. It features first-class facilities such as a gym, spa, meeting rooms, snack bar, and a beachfront beach club.
Management and Construction of Globales Paraíso Beach Hotel 5*
Comprehensive construction management and development of the Globales Paraíso Beach Hotel 5*, a high-level tourist complex with 102 main rooms, located on the beachfront.
The hotel offers 260 double/twin rooms and 169 family rooms.
Its facilities include a fully equipped spa, gym, and an exclusive beach club, designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable seaside experience.
Project Management for Diagonal ZeroZero Tower, Barcelona
Project Management of Diagonal ZeroZero Tower, the new Movistar corporate headquarters in Catalonia.
The building, standing 110 meters high, has 24 floors above ground and two underground parking levels with 280 spaces.
Situated on a 4,000 m² plot, it reaches a total built area of 20,000 m², establishing itself as one of the most iconic architectural landmarks in Barcelona’s skyline.

Project Management of the XVII Bolivarian Games, held in Trujillo, Peru, as the main venue, along with Lima and Chiclayo, in collaboration with the Olympic Committee.
